I began my real estate career in 2007 — I take great pride in the reputation that I have established over my career as a proven project manager, market strategist and negotiator. I offer four essential skills for my clients: Vision, Design, Budget and Timeline. Vision and Design can be from a simple remodel to a massive overhaul. Both of these tap into my creative and artistic side. I develop a Budget for my clients to increase the value and return on investment (ROI) based on the improvements my clients make on the house. Last, I create a Timeline for clients, so they know how long the normal process will take whether it’s for a remodel or getting their house ready to put in the market.

I was born and raised in Brazil, where I received a Bachelor of Science degree in Medical Biology from Pontifical University Catholic (PUC- Brazil). I moved to the Bay Area in 1999, where I have lived most of my adult life in Marin, San Mateo and Santa Clara Counties after our family settled in Sunnyvale. Living in all these places in the Bay Area gives me extensive knowledge of local neighborhoods, schools and businesses.

In the 10 years I’ve worked in real estate, my clients have inspired me to strive to exceed their hopes and expectations. My philosophy has always been to help others, and that’s why I enjoy supporting the Samaritan House in San Mateo County and St. Jude’s Children Research Hospital. Both of these charities are close to my heart.
